1. About the Service

MLB ScoutLab ("Service," "ScoutLab," "we," "us," or "our") provides MLB game analysis, statistical modeling, probability estimates, and best-bet suggestions accessible at scout-lab.vip. The Service is operated as an independent, privately owned informational platform.

Nothing on this Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

2. Age Requirement & Eligibility

By using the Service you also represent that:

• You are legally permitted to access sports betting-related informational content in your jurisdiction
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing such content is prohibited by law
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or legally prohibited from engaging with gambling-related content
• All information you provide to us is accurate and complete

3. No Gambling Advice — Assumption of Risk

By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume full and sole responsibility for any betting or wagering decisions you make
• ScoutLab's outputs are one data point among many — not a guarantee of any outcome
• Past model performance does not guarantee future results
• Statistical models can and do contain errors, omissions, and inaccuracies
• You will not hold ScoutLab liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or other damages resulting from your use of this Service

It is your sole responsibility to comply with the gambling laws of your jurisdiction. The Service is intended for use only where sports betting-related informational content is legal.

4. Responsible Gambling

ScoutLab is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We encourage all users to:

• Set and stick to a personal betting budget
• Never bet more than you can afford to lose
• Take regular breaks and avoid chasing losses
• Recognize the signs of problem gambling and seek help if needed

5. Subscription & Payments

ScoutLab Pro is a paid subscription service billed monthly. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Recurring billing: If you select auto-renew, your subscription will automatically renew each month and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then
• No refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable, including partial months, except where required by applicable law
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance
• Payment processing: All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card information. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service

6. Account & Access Codes

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access code
• Do not share your access code with others — each code is for a single user
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your access code
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or automate requests to the Service
• Share, sell, redistribute, or resell access codes or any content from the Service
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, authentication mechanisms, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or infrastructure
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, statistical models, algorithms, code, text, graphics, and other materials comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to MLB ScoutLab. All rights reserved.

MLB team names, logos, and statistical data are the property of their respective owners. MLB ScoutLab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Major League Baseball, MLB Advanced Media, or any MLB team.

9. Advertising

Free-tier accounts may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of such ads. ScoutLab Pro accounts are ad-free. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any statistical model, prediction, or analysis will be accurate or profitable; (c) any defects will be corrected; or (d) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MLB SCOUTLAB AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Gambling or betting losses of any amount
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Reliance on any statistical analysis, pick, or projection provided by the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Service interruptions, downtime, or errors

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MLB ScoutLab and its operators, affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or reliance on the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any betting or gambling decisions you make based on content from the Service
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at [email protected].

If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and not in a court of law. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

This arbitration provision does not apply to claims for injunctive or equitable relief, or to claims that can be brought in small claims court.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent arbitration does not apply, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the United States for resolution of any dispute.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where feasible, notify you via email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
